Financing Policy
For those customers interested in financing their furniture, we offer a USA Baby Branded Credit Card through GE Finance.  We currently offer 90 days same as cash for any retail purchase.  We also offer 6 months same as cash for any retail purchase in excess of $599.  Request a GE Finance Application from one of our Sales Associates.

Layaway Policy
We offer the option of putting your merchandise on layaway for up to 9 months, without interest.  All we require is a 30% down payment when you place your order.  The remaining balance must be paid in full at pick-up or 3 business days prior to a scheduled delivery.

Special Orders
We will be happy to place a "Special Order" with our vendors for items that we do not stock.  For this service we require a 50% payment at the time the order is placed and the balance paid in full when the merchandise arrives at our warehouse.  Please note that Special Orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

Twins Policy
For those who need two or more of everything, we offer an additional 10% off the sale price of the second or more duplicated items.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available and redeemable at all USA Baby stores across the country.

Sales Tax
By law we are required to collect the appropriate Wisconsin State and local taxes for all orders delivered to a Wisconsin address.  Wisconsin also requires us to charge tax on the shipping charges incurred.
